Having had my 3.5 days of allotted recreational time away in the Squamish Valley, it is time to turn attentions back to inner-city cultural offerings. Thus, an early August Saturday approaches, wherein we will mount shenanigans from off the back porch at the Strathcona Fieldhouse, to the dismay of the unprepared, to the joy of some.

From 6-9pm on Saturday, August 2nd, informal musics will occur at 857 Malkin Ave., facilitated by the erstwhile and very committed Legion of Flying Monkeys Horn Orchestra. Your participation will be of great utility. Think of it as a summer-camp singalong for adults (and the children of libertine socialists). Perhaps I will see you there.
