A selfish frenzy of joyful work at the fieldhouse today. Strathconians wandering by, stopping to talk and me demonstrating mirthful honkeage on proof-of-product samples. The new Fu-horn blanks got some time to tan in the sun, and their exposed ends painted with a coat of gesso. There was just enough time for a quick extra on the pollarded Empress – a small ring fence because everybody wants a little respect. I wove the whole fence from Empress leavings. The branch ends are just curvy and bendy enough to wrap themselves into a bundled ring. Hope you like, Strathcona. You’re welcome.
